SCHEDULE FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2019/2020

27th April 2020 - 7th May 2020

Clerkship runs in form of seminars and workshops in two weeks block, students will be divided in smaller groups attending the programme at respective Departments according to the schedule.

The course starts with lectures on Mon 25th November 2019. Students are expected to come at 9:00 a.m. in the General University Hospital, Prague, U Nemocnice 2, building A6, Dpt. of Anaesthesiology Resuscitation and Intensive Medicine - KARIM (a white arrow on the picture points at the entrance), and they are kindly asked to wait in front of the lecture hall (The Hoder’s Hall) for a teacher.

Each student must have his/her attendance sheet which will return together with filled evaluation sheet either at the end of the course or before the examination. The forms can be downloaded here and here.

Only on missing teacher's signature is accepted to be credited.

In advance, before going to ICU1 or 2 one student will take a locker room key and a chip card from the The Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care secretary, building A6, ground floor. After changing and before going to the lessons the key and the card will be returned to the secretary!

ICU 1+2 Starts at 9.30 a.m., Go to the Building A2, the 2nd floor. Change in a locker room on the ground floor accessible with an ISIC card. No gowns are needed! contact psn: Contact phone numbers: ICU1 - 22496 2733, ICU2 – 22496 3481 or 82.

CS OR Mo-Thu starts at 7 a.m., Fri at 7.50 a.m., go to the building A2. Change in a locker room on the ground floor accessible with an ISIC card. After changing go to the 3rd floor to the OR. No gowns are needed! Contact phone numbers: 22496 3473 or 2733.

ICU 3 Starts at 9.30 a.m., Go to the Building A6, ground floor, ER „back“ entrance. No gowns are needed! A contact phone number: 724 918 034.

Surg 1 ORs Mo-Thu starts at 7.15 a.m., Fri at 8 a.m., Go to the Building A8, get a key from a clkrm at the clinic in the ground floor and after changing go to the OR at the 2nd floor, contact psn: Contact phone numbers: 606 840 676  or 723 426 288

Ob-Gyn Starts at 8 a.m., Take the left stairs to the second floor (A "Tower") and knock the door signed KARIM. No gowns are needed! Take shoes to change with you, pls. A contact phone number: 22496 7241.

Pain Clinic (PC) Starts at 9 a.m., Take a locker room key at the porter desk in the Outpatient Dpt (Karlovo náměstí 32), Building A and after changing go right in the 2nd floor. Use a back elevator. A contact phone number: 22496 6370.

MH-ER+MH Anest.Dpt. Be at 8.45 a.m. in the Central Military Hospital (Metro line A st. Hradcanska and Tram 1 or 2 to the station CMH), reception desk of the Building CH2, ground floor. A contact person: L. Reková, phone number: 774 091 170.

PICU Starts at 10 a.m. at The Paediatric Dpt, Go through the gate and find PICU in the building E3A on the right. A contact phone number: 224 967 779.

Urology Come to The Department of Urology (Ke Karlovu 6), ICU, 1st floor at 8.30.a.m. First, take a locker room key at the ground floor (Medical card Index Office) and change yourself in the 5th floor. Contact phone numbers: 22496 7884 or 7887.
